I ordered the organic quinoa bowl with grilled chicken, pecans, tomatoes cucumber, spring/arugula mix and balsamic dressing. I omitted the feta. The portion was large and it was quite tasty.

They only use rice flour so most of the options, except sandwiches are GF. The sandwiches can be modified to be GF. Great food! I can’t remember the last time I had breaded chicken tenders. They were delicious!

I will NEVER eat here again. I ordered a GF bun and they gave me a regular bun. When they brought it out, I double checked that it was GF and the waiter and (apparent) manager on duty, who happened to be walking by our table, confirmed it was but didn't ask the kitchen. After starting to eat and really feeling uneasy because the consistency was very different from any GF bun I've ever had (I'm 10 years being GF), I asked the waiter to speak with the kitchen. He came back and apologized because it was the gluten bun, not the GF.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this restaurant.

This was my first time eating here. I was a little skeptical at first because they have a small menu, but it was delicious!! The waitress was very sweet and told me everything fried was gluten free! I got the chicken tenders and fries- DELICIOUS!! She also mentioned that all of their desserts were gluten free too. Definitely a new favorite.

Love eating here! I have Celiac and eat here all the time. I have never gotten sick. The food is great and all the fried food and deserts are gluten free. My favorite is the fried fish and lemon cake for desert .

Wonderful! My son has celiac and there are so many options for him! The desserts are delicious and all were GF the last time we went. He has not gotten sick from there and is super sensitive to even the slightest cross contamination.

This is the best place for anyone with celiac . I am excited that I found this place. I was so excited to have fried chicken fingers and fries. I was no sick and I’m super sensitive to gluten. Please don’t hesitate to stop by and get your food . They have the knowledge about people with celiac disease. Al menu items are gluten free except bread and toast. I will be coming back again.

So many GF options! Our daughter has celiac. We had the GF chicken strips, calamari and dessert. Our service was phenomenal and they were very aware of celiac. Highly recommend. Cute little hole in the wall spot with outdoor seating available.

We went for brunch and would normally never get a buffet but after I walked it and asked questions, I was confident I was safe! Everything is served to you so no cross contamination and the only thing on the buffet with gluten were the biscuits (and most of the desserts). Lots of choices and the best GF (made with rice flour) chicken I have had yet! Dedicated fryer!

So many choices . Chose special of pork tenderloin with shrimp, asparagus and rice. Absolutely delicious. Even their breakfast pancakes are gluten free! Our waiter Christopher was very helpful

Many varied GF options, menu marked really well, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My celiac boys - always thrilled to find a dedicated fryer especially in a non-chain restaurant - enjoyed calamari, fish and chips, and a huge burger. The quinoa stir-fry bowl was delicious, if you’re in mood for something a little less fried!

As some with Celiac, I found the food to not only be delicious but also they were very familiar and knowledgeable with the precautions that were necessary. I had their fish and chips and my husband had their muscles. Will definitely use them again!

The staff were very informed about celiacs, and my server was amazing. All of their foods are fried in rice flour/gf flour, and only gluten free stuff goes in the fryers. The food is amazing too!

Went to Avocado's for lunch while working in town. I called the restaurant first and talked to the manager as I normally do when a restaurant doesn't post a gluten free menu online. I explained I had celiac disease and just wanted to make sure I could be safely accommodated. She assured me they were completely equipped to make me a safe gluten free lunch with the only exception being items that go into the fryer. I arrived with coworkers. The server was great and very understanding and attentive...even offering GF bread and making menu suggestions. Essentially anything on the menu could be made gluten free. I had a square omelet with bacon, cheddar, and veggies with a side of home fried red skin potatoes and GF bread. The food was great and I had no reactions nor did I get sick. I'll definitely go back again.

The food was really good...but they didn't have a gluten free menu. I had the salmon, fresh fruit and cheesecake the portions were small for the price but very good. the chef came out and asked me how it was and was very kind. I didn't get sick. Would I go back? yes.

I have celiac and still got contaminated. They don't seem to understand that with celiac disease you can't have any kind of gluten exposed to your meal. That means making sure utensils and pans are washed off clean before preparing food for a celiac sufferer.
