I asked the waitress serving our table if there was anything gluten free on the menu and she point blank said "no". I then ordered an overpriced margarita and got food down the road after my work function.

Terrible experience, only 3 dishes were GF, not accommodating at all. The chicken and steak we ordered was NOT good. Will Never Come back. Not Gluten Friendly at all!!!!

The menu has a small number of items labeled GF though Mexican usually is a good choice. Good service and some unusual menu options.
I have tried a few times, they say they are gluten sensitive on the menu but there are little to no precautions taken.
I will NOT ever eat at Azteca on Nona again.

Lake Nona location, spoke with the manager, he seemed to understand and recommended a GF option that he eats because he doesn’t eat gluten either. I stressed I had Celiacs and when I pressed for confirmation that I would be prepared carefully to avoid contamination, this is where it got vague. Food was ok, didn’t taste bad though it was nothing I would normally order, just really boring and not enjoyable as far as food goes. I had a reaction to it since so obviously it wasn’t safe to eat.
