Poor handling of order with food allergies. Informers waitress I had a dairy and gluten allergy. She assured me my order would be place with the allergens listed. I was at the restaurant with a large group of coworkers, all plates came out at the same time. Runner stated he had the only gluten free plate. I’m halfway through my meal when the waitress comes up behind me and took my plate stating I could not eat that, no other explanation. When she came back apologizing and asking if I would be okay. I explained I would end up sick now. She said she was sorry and left. Manager later came over stating my food was being remade, at this point I didn’t trust it. Manager apologized. Ended up giving my office manager a gift card as an apology. Beware of food handling and be very careful.

I got the grilled chicken breast. It came with butter sauce on it, and a side of broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was so delicious and didn’t make me sick

We are on vacation and I found decent reviews of this place. Due to Covid, we are not eating in restaurants and are doing takeout. We ordered from the gluten sensitive menu which indicated I would get mashed potatoes and broccoli as my sides. There was no place in the online ordering for me to make an extra note of the gluten allergy. So, I called. The first person I talked to put me on hold when I told her why I was calling. She told me that she needed me to talk to the manager. I did. She asked me what I ordered and I told her, but she didn’t ask the name on the order. I told her and she said okay, but I’m pretty sure that she wasn’t really noting it. When my husband came back with the food, there were fries, which looked great, but I couldn’t eat them. If we had been eating in person, not of this would likely have been an issue. It was disappointing. My ribs were delicious and filling, but it still is frustrating when you don’t get what you think you are getting or when people don’t understand your needs.

Gluten free menu. Did not get sick. Food was good, not great.

They had a gluten free menu, but for a seafood place I was astonished at how small it was. What we ordered was very good. The waitress seemed annoyed though with our gluten free requirements.
Great Baby Back Rack with mashed potatoes. They can alter some other dishes too to make them gluten free. Great service.

Good meal. The waitress new about GF. I had Jerk Shrimp appetizer and the Baby Back Ribs with Mashed Potatoes. I would return.
It didn't directly have a GF menu but after we received our drinks, I asked the waitress and she wasn't completely informed but a few moments later; I had a manager there going through each page of the menu explaining what I can eat and what I can't eat and why. He as well very open and wanted to hear my questions as little they were. Half way through the meal, he came and checked on my table. Very sweet and polite staff with delicious food. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would for sure go back.

Very good
The restaurant does not have GF menu. Every time that I go I needed to explained the staff and ask for the manager to discussed with him my problem. They always make you feel that you are bother them. I don't think that the restaurant expend time training their staff regarding food allergy. Few choices!
The manager was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable, but there were painfully few selections. The rice bowls at this location aren't even edible because they use a gluten-containing yellow rice. He did not suggest anything fried as they do not have a separate fryer and cannot prevent cross-contamination. He did say that most other locations still use basmati rice, which more than doubles the available selections. The chicken with cilantro crema was well-prepared and flavorful (albeit salty) and didn't cause any gut problems.

Had a excellent time here, they had a separate gluten free menu with multiple options, the server was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the food itself tasted amazing my girlfriend had the paella and she loved it.

Delish! They have a gf menu, red snapper is delicious! Artichoke dip also delish. No corn tortillas for taco or byoT! Nice place, indoor fire pit with tables around it. Highly recommend it.

Tried this place again after many years, not much GF on the menu so I asked if I could get a piece of Salmon, broccoli and mashed potatoes and came out pretty good! I won’t be rushing back but it was nice I didn’t get sick. Server did check with the chef prior to ordering my entree.
