I was excited by the name of the restaurant falsely assuming it would mean fresh breads and goodies. Instead it was an average lunch with the ease of a gluten-free menu. They were out of the English muffins for eggs Benedict which had me excited. I opted for half sandwich and half salad. Would have done the full sandwich in retrospect.

I ordered a Farm to Table salad from GF menu: grilled shrimp & grilled avocado on greens with a lemon vinaigrette. It was really good, would have been nice to a have another shrimp (4 provided). Took home a GF chocolate torte, rich and delicious. No one asked about allergies. Service was very good; limited seating during pandemic.

We are residents of Williamsburg and have two celiac family members. We have enjoyed and will continue to return to this restaurant because of their sensitivity to this allergy and the care that they take in making sure that my family members can eat here without getting sick. I am thankful for our restaurants that are have been educated about and have made staff aware of celiac disease.

Not worth the price and the food wasn’t great. Don’t understand the hype and wouldn’t recommend. Got a farm fresh salad, Mac n cheese and burger.

Loved the turkey and mozzarella cheese sandwich with GF bread (soft bread) and GF chips. The waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful. They recommended not to get the GF pizza if you have celiac but there were a lot of other choices. I have celiac and am very careful. I did not get sick. They have a separate preparation area for GF food. I will go back.

They had a GF menu but they did not have GF pasta, lava cake, and the fryer is not dedicated GF so our choices were very limited. Not the best experience.

Edit: We came back for Brunch and the Eggs Benedict were great. And the kids enjoyed the gf Mac and cheese. We’ll be back the next time we are in Williamsburg.

Original: Gluten free menu and were marked on the KID menu! The waiter made a point of writing down that we were celiac and reassured us twice that he told the kitchen. We ended up with thin crust pizzas and sandwiches on Udi’s bread with a bag of chips. Food was okay but not amazing, but the Udi’s was a big part of that. Nice ambiance and Nobody got sick.

Ordered the breakfast with eggs, bacon, gluten free toast, and fruit (subbed instead of hash browns which have a coating). There was hardly anyone there and the food was good. I noted two gluten free desserts in a case, chocolate torte and lava cake. Good service, this was a great alternative to waiting at one of the super popular breakfast places.

2019- Still very good food! Enjoyed a half Fresco turkey Cobb salad and half Malibu sandwich. Lots of food!😳 The server was very nice and knowledgeable about gluten free dishes. Enjoyed very much!! Husband had the Jersey grinder. He said it was very good for those that can have gluten.

2018Had the Cobb salad and half turkey and ham sandwich. It was delish! I highly recommend this place. Walked in and they asked if we needed a gluten free menu. That made me feel at ease.

Great food and lots of options. They also had 4 options for gf kids meals, 2 gf desert options and 2 appetizers. The food was delicious as well! We will be back!

I'll start by saying they were Celiac Friendly and I would have no real reservations about eating here if that was the only consideration. However, our trip was not the best. They had no mozzarella cheese for their appetizer, they stated that the gf pizza would be too big of a risk for contamination (I appreciate their honesty, I just had a bummed out 7 year old), the burgers were good but nothing extraordinary. Other family members had the regular pizza and said it was delicious. We left here feeling underwhelmed.

Fantastic food, lots of options, and great atmosphere! They took my Celiac allergy seriously and we're very accommodating. Separate GF menu and the back has all the bread, pizza crust and GF items they use including the ingredients. For thr most part they used Udi's brand. They even had 2 GF desserts to choose from. We didn't try them as the serving size was pretty good for the items we got. Definitely recommend!

So yummy prosciutto and goat cheese bruschetta was a great start! The Popeye pizza was amazing. Fulfilled the pizza craving and more!!

They immediately asked if we needed a GF menu upon asking how many were in our party. Server was knowledgeable & I felt very safe eating. I ordered the Popeye but with red sauce instead of just olive oil. It was fantastic!!! I didn’t deduct a star for it because the pizza was so great, but I will say the chocolate lava cake was tiny and not even close to “lava” (solid all the way through). You got twice as much ice cream as cake. I was glad I wasn’t the one paying for it.

I am celiac and ate here for lunch. I had the “gotta have it” burger and it was delicious. So flavorful and I did not feel sick afterwards. As stated in another review, they have a separate gf menu with a good selection, and gf meals come out on a different color plate.

When we walked in we were asked if we needed a gluten free menu! There were lots of options and I chose a grass-fed beef burger. It was wonderful.

Very good experience. The staff was familiar with Celiac and took all necessary precautions. As soon as they found out my wife has celiac they reassured her everything would be ok. Lovely awareness of celiac and gluten-free needs at this spot. They served my turkey burger on nicely toasted Udis, on a black plate to ensure it wasn't mixed up with any other gluten containing entree. Healthy sized burger, and a side salad of greens organically grown by the restaurant. Although it isn't a dedicated facility, they take celiac seriously, and the hostess, the server, and the chef knew exactly what I meant when I said I have celiac.

Delicious food for everyone in my party both gluten free and non gluten free. My children enjoyed the gf pizza and said how good it was. They offer a gf menu and our food did come on black plates. We liked it so much we came back another night just for the pizza.

Top notch. Very friendly staff. The manager serves all gluten free dishes himself; they use different plates to make sure there's no confusion amongst staff. I got a chicken dandwich and salad that were excellent, especially the toasting on the bread. Partner got the pepperoni pizza. We got a chocolate lava cake for dessert. Every dish was tip notch and we could eat worry free.

This place was great! Our server was super knowledgeable and made sure to know that my GF preference was due to an allergy. I got the pepperoni pizza and their pizza crust is very thin but still really great. The crust wasn't burnt or anything and actually seemed handmade and not premade which is a plus to me. It was also a great size. I've had a $20 gf pizza that was half the size and left me still hungry. Our server mentioned they had a GF lava cake and it was so good!!! Served with a big scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. Will eat here again!
