Skip this. Many upscale Asian restaurants have a gf soy sauce option and many accommodations for us. This is not that kind of place. Our server was knowledgeable and checked with the chef who said “all” sauces have gluten. Even the wasabi they use contains gluten. Would not recommend. Non-gf friends who went had some great dishes and some that were not good.

I’m a Celiac, so I was skeptical about coming here. After speaking with the waitress I immediately felt better. She was surprisingly knowledgeable about gluten. She informed me the majority of items could be made gluten free. I had three types of sushi (I believe they were the Korean spicy tuna, gokujo tuna, and the hamachi rice crispy treat), plus a side of edamame and I did not get sick! The waitress did alter some of the rolls to make sure certain fried toppings and sauces were not included.
Although there seemed to be many options our waitress wasn't too helpful... she said anything could be modified. Then when we ordered chili edamame she brought it out. After about half the dish I was told it wasn't gluten free... que a week of discomfort. And then she still charged us for the app after we complained. Not a great way to handle allergies or mistakes.
This was amazing! The menu is sushi and small plates with fabulous items. Our hostess was thoughtful, our server attentive to our dietary needs and the chef talented. There is no dedicated gf menu but most every dish could be prepared gf. It's pricey but oh so worth it!!
