Review of Baldy's Smoked Meats

All of the meat is GF except the ribs. They have two sauces that are GF (vinegar and Carolina mustard sauce) and two sides (coleslaw and elotes) are also GF. The owner was amazing. He even changed gloves before doing my order. He was very knowledgeable as well.
