Amazing educated staff and amazing food. Went above and beyond to ensure our meal was GF. Dedicated GF fryer and variations that can be made GF. Note: chips are made in GF fryer. Just ask your server about any questions, my wife has terrible celiacs and had no issues. Again, truly wonderful staff and amazing food.

I called ahead and had a great chat with someone from the kitchen about safety. They have two dryers, one is GF and the other is not dedicated. A few things marked GF on the menu, including the chips, are made in the not dedicated fryer so it’s important to check in about things on the menu.

We got the southwest chicken salad (hold the chips), black bean and sweet potato taquitos, fried cauliflower, and enchiladas with green sauce and added my own GF chips to the salad. All of it was delicious and I felt great afterwards. This was a favorite before my diagnosis and these items were among my favorites even before I needed to eat GF. Everyone was amazing about talking through options and I felt very safe. When I picked up the order, the server who helped me showed me without me asking where all the notes were about GF precautions and that they worked really hard to keep me safe. This will be part of our regular rotation.
