Almost everything is gluten free except biscuits and gravy and soft taco shells. I was able to eat chicken and waffles for the first time since being gluten free and it was heaven! It did seem a bit odd that they said their chai tea mix wasn’t gluten free, though. I have no idea what gluten would be in it, so was a bit disappointed not to have it with my breakfast. But overall, a good experience.

This is the only place I feel 100% safe going to in Chatt. They always ask if I need celiac precautions. Friendly staff too! I am not a fan of the cakes (too dry!), but those are not made in house, so I didn’t let it affect my rating.

This place is a celiac heaven! Everything is/can be gluten free except breakfast tacos and biscuits and gravy. It was so good! My non celiac husband raved about this place haha we ate here twice on our trip.

When I ordered I was asked if I was celiac. They also brought my husband’s food Celiac, so I could try his sides. The fried chicken, macaroni & cheese, sweet potato fries, jalapeno corn muffins and fried Brussels were all delicious. They also carry my favorite Gluten free beer and several different gluten free cakes, brownies and no bake cookies. The kind gentleman who runs it is very knowledgeable. We came on a Sunday and had the opportunity to talk to him. I found out they also sell their chicken breading, waffle mix and have seasonal meal kits/family dinners. I recommend following them on Instagram. Chattanooga is so lucky to have this restaurant. I can’t wait to go back. It was so worth the hour drive.

Great accomodations for gluten, corn, and soy free. The fried tenders are normally made with a gluten free flour mix but has corn starch. They made our tenders with the waffle mix which doesn't have the corn starch. They also used fresh oil for us! The manager and chef in the back were super knowledgeable and helpful. She even knew her spray had soy and would use something else. Wish they were in Knoxville! Also had gluten free cakes which were to die for!

Very good experience all around! The atmosphere was very pleasant and right out of the gate the waitress asked us if we had any food allergies. She was very knowledgeable and everything on the menu (except for the biscuits and gravy and taco shells) is gluten free. It is worth noting that if you read the menu on their website, that point is not very clear. Similar to what most people say, I’d highly recommend the fried chicken tenders.

They are almost entirely gluten free and have everything clearly labeled. I got the chicken tenders and they were amazing! I haven’t had chicken tenders in years and my (gluten eating) boyfriend said they’re just as good as normal ones. They staff inquired about celiac vs preference and they checked in a few times through the meal without being overbearing. We also got dessert, I had the pecan praline cake and it was delicious.

Found this place from a celiac visitor at the same time I am visiting Chattanooga. Was not disappointed. I think the only thing that I would warn you about is you are going to get a sugar high but the chicken and waffles is amazing and I can't wait to eat the Oreo cookie cake tonight.

Chicken and waffles!

Many things you often can’t get gluten free :) popular among both gluten free and gluten eaters alike. They do serve bread on sandwiches, but (especially if you tell them you have celiac when you order) this location and this chain are very careful with cross contamination. One of the only non-dedicated kitchens where I eat with complete confidence.

Try the roasted chicken with bourbon bbq sauce, brussel sprouts, gluten-free Mac and cheese and sweet potato fries. This location also stocks a few gluten free beers.

Went to Chatt for a three day trip, went here everyday day and bought tons to last me each day. I am a severe Celiac and had absolutely no trouble here. Right after entering the manager asked my group if anyone has Celiac. Food is amazing, banana bread waffles are the best gf waffles I’ve ever, no exaggeration. Chicken and waffles is also extremely good. My friends who are not celiac love the food as well, gf included. You cannot travel to or through Chattanooga without stopping here. Extremely easy to know what’s gf or to have it be gf modified. Everyone from the manager to cook to waitress are super nice and know exactly what they’re doing.

Ordered online for delivery after a long day at UTC. We both wanted something simple, so we ordered GF chicken sandwiches with fries. Looked like an Udi’s bun with two large chicken strips. When we walked in, we were asked about any gluten free needs/allergies. When I told them I had celiac disease they explained that almost everything on the menu was gluten free or could be made gluten free. I got chicken tenders with wasabi honey sauce on the side, fries, jalapeño cornbread, and a side salad. Everything was so good, I couldn't believe it was gluten free! Everything else my non celiac family ordered was also gluten free and they said it was amazing and some of the best food they had ever had. We were just passing through for vacation but we will certainly be returning.

Wife is celiac so I rely on Find Me GF when we travel. Bantam + Biddy was so good we ate there twice: breakfast and lunch. Menu was clearly marked with GF items and she was able to enjoy a stack of GF pancakes for breakfast and a fried chicken sandwich for lunch. All of their fried chicken meals / dishes are advertised as GF. Wonderful spot for GF seekers if you’re in downtown Chattanooga.

Fabulous experience! We got the chicken tenders meal and the chicken sandwich meal- both were exceptionally tasty. Potato salad, fried okra/jalapeños, fries, and cornbread muffin sides were all safe as well. They only have 4 items on their entire menu that are NOT GF, everything else is available! Wonderful selections too. This is a “must visit” spot for anyone GF in Chattanooga!

We passed through the Chattanooga area after getting caught up in the SWA debacle. I've been delinquent in writing this review, but didn't want to forget B+B as it was a great place to get safe GF food. The general manager even came over to sit at our table for a bit and discuss how serious they were about providing safe, great tasting GF food. I will definitely return.

They even had all varieties of Glutenberg beer - my favorite!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Quaint little eatery with great atmosphere and amazing gluten free food. When we ordered the gentleman asked my husband if anyone in our group needed celiac precautions. There is a gluten free menu, and the food is amazing. My mom is newly diagnosed celiac, for her this was the best expierence she's had eating out in a while. If we lived in Chattanooga this would be a regular stop for us. 2022- We found out our 6 year old has celiacs just weeks prior to our road trip so this was a gem to find. The food and the service was amazing! We enjoyed gluten free pancakes and gluten free fried chicken tenders … both were SO good. Family friendly menu and seating.

2023- went back again! We were town for a day and ate both lunch and dinner here because both our children have celiac disease. They now ask if you need gluten free options right when you come in (as the menu isn’t labeled but almost everything is gluten free minus a couple items), they ask if you need celiac precautions when ordering and offer lots of family favorites gluten free. The food is fabulous and the owner is as well. He told us the story of how over the last three years they’ve really worked hard to be mostly gluten free and how life changing he sees that for most of his customers. We will return anytime we vacation even near the area.

We ate here for dinner and breakfast. Everything was delicious and most things can be made gluten free. The batter they use to fry is delicious and you can’t tell it’s gluten free. Many choices and they will mark Celiac on your order so the kitchen knows to take precautions. Definitely recommend.

Very tasty. I got fried shrimp, fried okra & jalapeños, and potato salad. The okra and shrimp were wonderfully seasoned and crispy. When my order was taken, it was flagged for Celiac. They take it seriously. Apparently, all the side dishes at lunch and dinner are gluten free, by default.

We stayed on Amelia Island for 5 days and ate here 3 times. One of the best gf experiences we ever had from a safety and variety perspective. You can literally see and hear the cooks preparing your food separately and with extreme care from a counter seat. My family loved the chicken fingers and fries, pancakes and the eggs, bacon, toast and grits.

I will definitely be coming back here! I had fried okra and fried mushrooms for the first time since being diagnosed with celiac. It was all delicious and I felt like a normal person dining out. There were so many safe GF items that typically aren’t available for celiacs. I felt like a kid in a candy shop!They labeled my order *CELIAC* when taking my order too.
