It DOES have a completely GF kitchen, the only gluten is in the beer. Food was fantastic, as was service and it is cute

Lots of GF options, fish tacos were delish! Very knowledgeable staff that helped with suggestions and advised only gluten item is a hamburger bun that is used only sometimes. Great place!

Amazing gf and df battered rockfish Baja tacos. Like the first bite made me pause and go into a flavor/texture trance for a minute. It’s almost a dedicated kitchen, but they have a potato bread bun with gluten for the hamburger. Many of the people working there cannot have gluten and are wonderfully knowledgeable about the ingredients. I’m assured the bun is kept very separate.

I hate to say it but it seems I got glutened from here last night. It’s the only place I ate yesterday, and I’m definitely glutened today. I had a pisco sour, the tempache cocktail, and queso fundido with soft (not fried) corn tortillas. Possible it was something in one of the cocktails. Anyway, be diligent.

Most of the menu is gluten free - working on getting that labeled. I had asada & chicken tacos with chip, guacamole & salsa, accompanied by a few different drinks- pisco sour, tepache mode, and la toxica. Then sipped on a cider from the tap. I can't wait to come back and try the gluten free fried rockfish, the dorados & tostadas - raw tuna, grilled shrimp & octopus?! Yes please. All truly amazing. One of the managers has a ton of experience with allergy conscious preparations & the staff understands as well. From what I can tell the only gluten in the place right now are the croutons
