Very unique restaurant! This is a dedicated 21 and over place and they will ID you at the door. As of today the entire food menu is GF. The waitress said that sometimes they change out a few dishes and can’t guarantee GF in the future. The crabs are fried in rice flour, the chicken wings don’t have batter, and the fritters are garbanzo bean based. We went with a large group and ordered one of everything on the menu to share. The kimchi rice and beef belly were the favorites! It’s been 12 hours since eating there and I’m symptom free.
Update: 24-36 hours later I became symptomatic with GI issues, the worst I’ve ever had and I consider myself a mild-moderate symptomatic celiac.

Amazing experience. The menu is meant to be shareable plates. They said whole menu is gluten free! The Brussels sprouts were amazing and the best thing we got. We loved the Kimchi Rice and Spicy Chicken dish! So unique and high quality.

Went here for dinner last night and it was fantastic. Our waitress informed us that the entire food menu is gluten free (didn’t ask about the cocktails). As it was a 21 and up establishment (so our son with celiac can’t go) we didn’t press on how strict they are, but fried items are fried in chickpea flour, dumplings are buckwheat, and they use tamari for everything.

I’m not sure if they have a rotating menu, but at the writing of this review, everything on the menu is gluten free. Between our group, we ordered at least half of the dishes, and they were all delicious. I didn’t inquire about the drinks.
