Don’t come here. Waiter checked with the chef and listed gluten free items, recommending one dish in particular. After eating half of it, he came back to over to let me know there was flour in it. They have some GF items, but the wait staff are not educated at all and any dish is a risk.

Everything that they cook and drink (minus beer) is GF and the wait staff is very careful with letting you know if it’s safe to eat or not. It’s Rick Bayless’ restaurant.
