We went when there was no crowd so got managers full attention. We were desperate on an airport delay traveling with my celiac child. She told me that the friers are only used for fries and wings and nachos and none use flour/none are breaded and all are gluten free. We risked it with all 3. They were delicious.(Updated a few days later to say we had zero issues after eating here!)
