2/4/24 6pm. Ordered the prime rib philly melt, it was the special of the day but also on the regular gluten free menu. Came out on a normal gluten filled baguette. I noticed right away because it looked like the same bread my boyfriend had with his pasta and looked way too yummy. I picked it up but thankfully didnt take a bite. Had to go wash my hands a few times. Told the waitress and they made me a new one. Wasnt very much apology and no comped sandwhich. For a place thats “trained 1-1 by owner” I would expect them to notice a whole baguette instead of a gluten free hamburger bun. Looks very different. Also, it was the special of the day so id assume they would notice that they are serving a gluten free customer the same bread they served normal gluten eating customers. Again, they look drastically different. Boyfriends normal gluten pasta was fully cold and noodles undercooked. Maybe, hopefully just an off day for them. Best thing was the side salads.
