I called Barre Country Diner and explained that I had celiac. They said they had plenty that was gluten free but when I asked if they would use care not to cross contaminate they said no they don’t have time to worry about that!!π
They have many GF breakfast options, the hollandaise sauce is amazing. For dinner they can make many entrees gluten free including fish, chicken, steaks. They recently modified soups so that most are made with gluten free soup bases. Make sure you specify gluten free for allergy/preference. For pizza specify that it is GF for an allergy/celiac/intolerance so that they use gloves and toppings that aren't contaminated. They will let you know if something is not available because of cross contamination.
