Ordered a Gluten-free pepperoni pizza, the base was crisp and actually tasted like dough! Fast service and waiter was able to explain what food choices were Gluten-free.

I had a wonderful experience here. I made an online order and I called and made sure they alerted the kitchen it was an allergy so they were able to take precautions in order to minimize cross contamination. I had no reaction and the crust was amazing! It was thicker than I've seen on a gf pizza in a long time and it transported me back to my childhood! I have been gf for 13 years so it's been awhile. It was expensive but definitely worth it.

Went here for the great reviews. Maybe I didn’t ask enough questions. We ordered the garlic chips (which is just cheese pizza) and a gluten free pizza. I was so sick that night into the next day. As we were eating it I thought it was too good to be true. Would not recommend for celiacs

Solid GF crust. Looked like it was baked in its own separate pan.

We went here based on most of the good reviews but decided not to order pizza for my Celiac husband after the server said that their kitchen isn’t safe for those with Celiac or severe allergies. The kitchen is small, there isn’t a separate gf prep area, there is flour everywhere and they don’t use separate toppings or sauce for those with Celiac so the hands and spoon that touches the wheat pizzas touches the gf ones. It also goes into the same oven as the other pizzas. They do use a separate pan and separate cutter though. I do really appreciate their honesty though so much more than other places who say that it’s safe for Celiacs when it’s not so I would give them 5 stars for that.

If you like pizza.... you have to try it! Make sure to tell them allergy. They will use all new supplies, changes gloves, and treat it seriously. The pizza..... was literally the BEST Pizza I've ever had! The crust is thicker, yet somehow thin. The toppings have such great flavor. I had Bbq chicken and my hubs had the margarita. So good, and did not get sick!

Staff was very knowledgable about the gluten free items on the menu and pointed out everything that could be made gluten free. I was very impressed by the number of options. I ordered the pear walnut salad and a pepperoni pizza. This was probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was crispy, yet also thick and fluffy in the center. I was also notified that all gluten free pizzas are made on a pan in an attempt to eliminate cross contamination. I did not get sick and will most definitely be going back.

RUN TO ENJOY THIS PIZZA! 🍕Sensitive celiac passing through South Lake Tahoe and despite some mixed reviews, I am SO GLAD we ate here! We ordered GF Big Mountain pizza and the GF Garlic Chips (garlic cheese bread) and both we AMAZING! Came on a nice, thick, delicious GF crust and haven’t felt sick at all!
NOTE: no space to mark “allergy” while ordering online so I called in and the kind woman on the phone offered to mark the order with celiac/allergy for me!

Menu items are marked gluten free, claim they bake pizzas separate, but I still got sick. Staff doesn’t really seem to go the extra mile to make sure your meal is safe or provide you other options.

Pizza was good, it wasn’t amazing like the other reviews say. The waitress asked if it was for an allergy and it came served on a plate instead of their silver trays

I don’t have Celiac but am very sensitive to CC. I decided to try this place out because the GF options are so limited in Tahoe and Tahoe is always a pizza mood. The staff are aware of celiac disease and use new gloves, pans, and cutters for GF pizzas. All GF pizzas come in personal 10” size for something like a $6 up charge (oof).
I’m happy to report that the pepperoni and Hawaiian pizzas were delicious and I did not get sick. Granted, I took Benadryl that night to pre-empt symptoms.
And I don’t know if this was a factor but we dined at 11:30am on July 4 before the lunch rush hour. I wonder if getting in early lowered the risk for CC because there wasn’t as much flour in the air preparing regular pizzas.

If I’m being honest— best pizza of my life. My husband who isn’t gf, said the gf pizza was better than his regular pizza. They took all my requests very seriously and we went multiple times during our trip, and I didn’t get sick once. I got the Hawaiian with ham and pineapple and the garlic chips on gf crust. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for pizza!

I had the GF pizza with chicken, bacon and onions one evening and then the GF garlic pizza appetizer another evening. Both were tasty and I did not become ill afterwards. I’m sure there is a risk of cross contamination bc it is a pizza place though.

This was the best gluten free crust I’ve ever had. My boyfriend eats gluten and said it was really good even compared to the normal crust. They were honest about the chance of cross contamination but said that they change gloves and use dedicated pans and knives. I did not get sick but I did take a gluten enzyme pill just in case since I’d be skiing the next day.

I called before we arrived. They were very open about offering gf crust and using a separate pan for gf pizza with allergy, but said there is flour in the air so if we had severe allergies we may want to skip. We tried it anyway and it was delish! Thick crust too. Best thick gf crust we have ever had.

They do offer gluten free crust. When we told the waitress my daughter has celiac she confirmed that she would be fine to order GF pizza. My daughter sadly got sick after eating it.

Fabulous gluten free pizza with thickest GFCruust ever. They asked if allergy related. Great tasting pizza. It tasted so good the first time I wondered if it was actually a gluten-free but it truly is. Enjoy if you can eat pizza in these type environments

We ordered the Thai and Hawaiian pizza on GF crust. I stressed the fact I had celiac and the server said his roommate, who used to work there, also had celiac and never had an issue with the pizza or restaurant. When it came it looked delicious and it was delicious!! Best GF pizza crust I had had by far!
Yes
Great food, preparation separate but through same convection oven so it's always a chance here but I had no issue and staff was knowledgeable.

8/19/2019 just as I remembered it was the most wonderful pizza with thick crust. They allowed us to use daiya cheese that we brought with us. I tested with Nima and all tested gf. 7/2017 This was the BEST gf pizza I've had since going gf (celiac) 6 years ago!!! The crust was think and crispy on the outside. We loved it so much we ordered extra pizza to go. They didn't offer dairy free but allowed us to bring in dairy free cheese for them to use on the kids pizza that also needed to be dairy free. We also had the gf buffalo wings. Everything was good but the BBQ pizza was amazing! The server said they have a special area where they prepare gf pizza and I didn't get sick. Updated 7/2018 we went here twice this vacation the pizza was just as amazing as we remembered. I tested pizza and gf hummus and olives (no feta) with my Nima and it tested gf.
Yes
I was so excited to eat here after reading how good the pizza was! I ordered a gluten free personal with pepperoni, jalapeños and pineapple- my favorite!
Pizza was out quickly and I dug in.
While eating a slice the waiter came back to inform me my pizza wasn’t gluten free-
Why? Because the spinach artichoke dip my boyfriend ordered wasn’t gluten free so they didn’t think the pizza needed to be.
They compensated by giving a free round of drinks and brought me another pizza.
An hour later I was extremely sick due to their negligence and had to leave Tahoe early.
Pizza was amazing but what careless staff.

Great options! GF Pizza did not disappoint.

Unbelievable. I’ve had my fair share of pizzas, and if you want a crispy but soft and flaky crust, this is it. So good I had one in the bar, took one home!
2019 absolutely the best GF pizza crust ever. 2017 Excellent and safe. Personal pizza was enough for dinner and 1/2 to take back to the condo for lunch. 2018 Delicious, but I think I had a slight reaction, especially after I ate the second half of the pizza I took back to the condo.
Their GF crust is amazing! It isn’t the normal thin crusts that most pizza companies use. This was thicker and chewy. Was even good cold the next morning. My non GF husband even approved. Staff very knowledgeable as well. They can even make their garlic chips GF. .

This place was great. Awesome crust, awesome wings, and knowledgeable staff.

The gluten-free pizza crust here is the BEST i have ever had! After reading previous reviews, i felt confident that celiac-safe protocols are used. Our server was helpful too - when we asked to see the ingredients for the hot cocoa, he brought out the packaging so we could read the allergen statement. I did not have a reaction or symptoms following dinner. I recommend this for awesome GF pizza that appears to be celiac safe!

Waitress was very knowledgeable. She said if you specify allergy they will use fresh cutting board, utensils, etc. my celiac son said it was the best pizza he has ever had.

Outstanding GF pizza. Best crust I’ve ever had. You can add any toppings. I had the Hawaiian pizza and it was delicious. Service was great too
Pizza was amazing!!! The crust is the best I have had. I tested both of my pizzas with my NIMA and both came back gluten free. I called my order in and told them it was for an “allergy.”
Yes
Best GF pizza I have had since my celiac diagnosis.
Great gluten free pizza! Staff was very knowledgeable. Would definitely go back.
Yes
Nima tested both wings and pizza. Great GF pizza. I have multiple friends that have switched to GF after eating here.
The pizza was so delicious and the wings were amazing. Unfortunately I got very sick from eating here. Pretty bummed but I won't be trying this place again :( Based on other reviews, this could be a great place for those without celiac.
No
Their GF crust lived up to the hype. Awesome pizza and they had no problem accommodating a Celiac.
Yes
Knowledgeable on celiac needs. Excellent pizza, excellent service
Yes
I’ve been here twice and both times the staff was very knowledgeable, they mark your order as “allergy”. The gluten free pizza is out of this world!! It is a bit more expensive and only comes in one size (10”) but you can have any toppings/pizza that you want, you are not limited to just one kind. No adverse symptoms after eating here.
Yes
The best gf pizza ever! Shared a Basecamp and BBQ chicken. Both were delicious. They let us bring in our own unopened Daiya cheese (youcan get at Raley’s across the street). We are super sensitive and did not get sick. Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed. Also, they do not use latex gloves.

Awesome food and very knowledgeable about celiac!
