I called in advance to ask about gluten-free options. The lady I spoke with confirmed some details with the chef. I ordered the camper salad, but had to skip the BBQ sauce since it contains Worcestershire sauce (barley malt vinegar). I ended up placing the order online later and noted to make any adjustments needed so it’s gluten-free. They ended up giving me a balsamic vinaigrette, so I’m assuming the ranch dressing wasn’t gluten-free either. They also forgot the cheese. I was expecting a tasty BBQ-flavored salad with tri-tip but the flavors were bland and underwhelming. I did not get sick.

Super awesome experience!
Menu has items marked, ordering was super easy. I asked the cashier what was available for me sauce wise and she communicated with staff easily and quickly for me.
Cannot confirm a separate grill because the kitchen seemed small but reasonable accommodations for allergy.
