Marked GF option when engaged, and had no reaction. Kitchen shifted to clean gloves and worked to prevent cross contamination on the Tacos. Great take out.

Baxter’s has a gluten free menu with many options. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac. They even had gluten free bread as an option instead of regular bread. The steak taco’s were excellent! Great atmosphere too.

I've eaten at Baxter's in both Bloomington and Champaign. Both good experiences. Gluten, dairy and soy allergies. Steak and veggies. Delicious steak!

Food was okay…they do have dedicated GF menu but it’s not very informed. Offered a dish with balsamic and didn’t know if it was GF or not, when I asked server if any of their dresses for salad were GF she replied “I think the Cesar dressing” and had no idea so I declined the salad. Not celiac friendly for sure.

All three of us ordered gf, and one was also dairy free. We were able to get mixed green salads with oil and vinegar dressing. We also got ribs, smothered chicken, and seafood jambalaya. They offered us gf bread, but we declined. Excellent taste.
