Almost any item on the menu can be made gluten-free by substituting gluten-free bread or corn tortillas. A number of things are already gluten free, ie. Vegetable stir fry over rice or grilled chicken feature. They also have gluten free cheesecake and key lime pie daily. Both are delicious!

I ordered a slice of GF cake. The man grabbed the knife he had just used to cut a gluten cake. I asked for a new knife and he washed it and wiped it on the same towel he had just used to wipe the first knife. Very disappointed and didn’t feel safe eating my cake. No understanding of cross contact here.

Favorite brunch spot in Milwaukee. Definitely try the fritatta! So delicious. They carry Udi's gluten free bread, so sandwiches for lunch are also a great option. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable staff. Their lattes are to die for! Cute little market with lots of gluten free goods too.

We have eaten here several times and while normally the staff is wonderful, this last time they made my husband's sandwich with regular bread. He caught this before checking out and they "remade" the sandwich by toasting GF bread and moving the contents from the regular sandwich to the gluten free bread. He is not sensitive to some cross contamination so this was OK for him to eat. They do offer other GF options besides sandwiches.

The servers are very knowledgeable about gluten free options and answered all questions I had for them.

Excellent food. It was reasonably priced and the portions were pretty big.

There’s also a cute little grocery/deli section.

Asked several times about the tortilla chips being gluten free, if the fryer is separate and was told yes. Got very sick after eating. Also was served guacamole on my burrito bowl, I’m also allergic to avocado. This wasn’t an ingredient listed as being in it and I also asked the employee to make sure there wasn’t any to be safe.

Went here for breakfast. Had eggs, duck bacon (had never had that, was amazing). Their homefries and homemade jam is great. Waitress (name was Liz I beleive), was very knowledgeable, and they took great precaution of cross contamination 10/10.

I eat here very regularly. They have gluten free bread for breakfast or sandwiches and gluten free tortillas for the burritos. They also exclusively use gluten-free soy sauce, which I think is rad.

Their sweet potato black been burrito is AMAZING. Ask for it with corn tortillas. Watch out, not all the salsas are gluten free. Make sure to ask.

I've had breakfast and dinner here and I am not impressed with the dinner menu at all. I felt the prices were too high for what you got. That being said the breakfast menu is good and fair priced. The gf cheesecake is to die for!!!

Fabulous for breakfast or brunch, with lots of vegetarian options. I wasn't as impressed when we went for lunch, but they still get 5 stars because breakfast is *that* good.
