Emailed to inquire about GF options and cross contamination practices since GF isn’t mentioned anywhere on the menu or website.

Two days later got a one line email from their “highly decorated” chef/owner that just said: There would be cross contamination here” and that’s all. Disappointed that an accomplished chef can’t create anything gluten free or clean a surface. Usually fancier places are able to accommodate to some degree. Whatever the review below is talking about no longer exists, apparently.

This new establishment is a hidden gem! It is the old Simpatico of Jamestown. They have a separate area of the kitchen to prepare GF, all the pasta dishes can be made GF with separate pasta water. The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and CC! I had the pasta with shrimp, sun dried tomatoes, with basil in a white wine garlic sauce, it was one of the best meals I’ve had this summer!! OUT OF THIS WORLD! Highly recommend not only for the food but the beautiful atmosphere under the beech tree :)
