I’ve eaten here twice for dinner since my celiac diagnosis and felt the waiters were very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing me toward safe options. They also assured me the chef would cook my meal separately.
That said, I came for lunch another time and the waiter that day didn’t seem to know what celiac was or what menu items contained gluten, and asked if something with milk would be okay for me. Didn’t give a lot of confidence in the thoroughness of staff training, and I think I got sick after that lunch.
Proceed with caution as not all the waiters are familiar with gluten.
