Review of Ben & Jerry's

Undertook the factory tour and bought at the scoop counter. The tour guide was helpful And all samples were clearly labelled with ingredients which saved any issues and the products were great. At the scoop shop, full menus of flavours and clearly marked GF options were available to review. On ordering the server told me the B and J protocols and proceeded to wash her hands and arms up to the elbow, open a fresh pack of my chosen ice creams and used a clean scoop to avoid cross contamination- all done in full sight. Impressed and ice cream was fabulous!
