Server described the cooking area for GF separate as from non-GF foods (with some exceptions like waffles), and seemed to understand the necessity for preventing cross contamination.
I also avoid dairy and eggs, which makes breakfast places tricky, and as expected my selection was very limited. I ordered the Farmers Market Skillet with added bacon and no egg or cheese, and the dish missed having those creamy elements to pull the flavors together and add substance. It ended up being a small and lackluster dish.
Others in our party (no dietary restrictions) enjoyed their meals.
I did not react to eating here.

No gluten free options currently available. Tried to tell me covid had stop demand for GF. Lol
Their gluten free pecan pancakes are AMAZING! Their staff was reassuring about no cross contamination.
Staff knew about gluten. They clean off the grill. When they brought me my meal the person to ld me they opened a new butter and had cleaned of the grill. Yummy pancakes.
They had a gluten free menu including pancakes but no bread or buns. They served the sandwich filling on the plate, which was plenty for me. My server couldn’t answer my questions. Instead I spoke with the manager who was very professional, and clarified that they do clean off the grill, workspace etc, and change gloves to minimize cross contamination. They do not have a dedicated deep fat fryer, and he was clear about that. He also warned me about what my friend ordered, in case we would be trading bites. The food was yummy. I won’t know for about a day if I get sick. The place is not perfect, but pretty good and they are trying. 4 stars.
