I asked how they did with gluten allergy and the young fellow got the manager. She came out and asked how severe. I told her extremely severe. She then explained to me her process of preparing my ice cream. She told me that she would wash her hands, and grab the clean scoop that was in a container for allergies. She then explained that she would need to get the ice cream from the back unopened container. She then let me know my choices of ice cream that were unopened and gluten free.
