Review of Ben's Meat and Deli

This place sets a whole new standard for the gluten free experience. The owner is celiac as soon as I mentioned I was celiac he took me on a tour through the shop pointing out all the amazing gluten free candies, baking supplies, frozen meals, sauces, imported European treats, and of course meat. The owner also explained all the safety precautions they take to prevent cross contamination. We ordered chicken strips and fries. These were literally the best chicken strips I have ever had and were even better because I felt safe eating them. I also really enjoyed the hot fresh GF mini doughnuts. This is a must stop if you are in Edmonton
