We felt very unwelcome here. It was sad, because my friend and her girlfriend loved this place, but then this experience has kinda ruined it. Im gluten free and, fortunately, they have a few GF options. Tatiana, though, was very aggressive and non welcoming of a few questions, then made sure to tell me that everything is cross contaminated. Though I appreciate the disclaimer, it was said in a way like I should go somewhere else. I didn't want to make a scene (also I know the risks involved in eating out), so I looked back at the options. Usually restaurants can make specialty brunch items using GF toast or pancake batter. When I asked if a waffle could be made using the batter for pancakes (very normal request), she got a manager who was very direct and also said absolutely not. It was really, really strange. So, I ordered a meal with GF pancakes and eggs, but when a new server came out with them, she was very nice to my friends and then just said "here" to me. It was like I had been marked. My pancakes followed a minute later but Tatiana didn't try to set them down or make space, she made me move my drink, though she had a free hand. I asked for water, she rolled her eyes. It was really unreal. I even got nervous about the pancakes, wondering if they were regular ones because of the rudeness of the staff. I decided to try them and push my anxiety away because who does that to people? And then I found a hair in the pancake.
I've been a bartender and server for 6 years but never have I experienced this level of rudeness from staff. Ever. I also don't feel like asking basic questions (can you make this speciality French toast with GF bread? No.) should make me feel uncomfortable. The servers were aggressive aggressive, passive aggressive and simply unkind.
Oh, and tip of 18% is automatically included.
It was the worst. The food was good, but man. I don't like other people making me feel like trash.

Not safe for someone with celiac. I did confirm with them that every item is cooked on the same flat top. So everything does touch gluten containing items, therefore not gluten free. Everyone else in my group said the food tasted absolutely amazing though!! I just wasn’t able to eat here

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a GF menu but will also help you choose things that are safe from their regular menu.

I eat here all the time because of so many GF options. Have never got sick or had a bad experience. Their food is over the top good. The servers are very friendly and accommodating. They all understand the gluten issue and are well educated on what I can have. Highly recommend.

Not a safe restaurant for celiac. But waitress was awesome and informed me what was safe.

I ordered the gluten free pancakes as takeout. I didn’t speak with anyone regarding cross contamination, but I didn’t get sick. Food was yummy and I’d eat there again.

No dedicated surfaces to prepare/cook gluten free. Very disappointed. Why. Other with gluten free options? Cross contamination BIG TIME.

Called and asked prior to making reservations and was told that they offered and could accommodate Gluten Free.
Spoke with server and manager and they cook everything on a griddle and do not have even one pan where they could make a separate omelette. Gluten Free pancakes are made in the same griddle where the regular pancakes are made.

Yes
Got some gluten free pancakes that were really good!
They advertise “Gluten Free Options” on the menu, but there were only 4 things that I saw, and one of them was a salad of “wheat grains” and another clearly stated “cooked on shared surface.” To be safe I ordered the fruit bowl since it seemed like the only truly safe option...when it arrived it had crumbs in it!! It looked like muffin or bread crumbs from another plate or something, I didn’t even care to tell the server I just didn’t eat it. Good coffee, employees were friendly, but don’t advertise gluten free if you clearly don’t have anything that is actually gluten free.
No
The staff was nice but gluten-free menu very misleading. Food all cooked on same surfaces. Gluten-free bread toasted in common toaster. Should not present themselves as gluten-free.
No
They have gluten free pancakes and bread but cook pancakes on the same surface as their regular pancakes and no dedicated toaster for their gluten free bread.
Unfortunately, if you are celiac or have an allergy, I wouldn't recommend this place. I was excited to try it after reading the other review, but was disappointed. The potatoe Pancake has flour as a binder and is NOT gf. Also, the breakfast potatoes are fried. All surfaces are shared (which is how most restaurants operate) but they were very adamant that nothing is safe. They were super friendly and concerned about my health, which I appreciated. I ended up with a coffee and gf bread (not Toasted).

This is one of my favorite gf restaurants!!! So good! They have gf pancakes and potato pancakes, as well as gluten free bread. It has consistently been delicious, and the service is great!
