Well, I risked it and went to Betsy’s Crepes. I NEVER risk it, but a group of friends were going while we were on vacation so I went and I ordered a crepe. I spoke with the chef who cleaned off the surfaces for me but I still got sick.
There are options on the menu like the quinoa bowl and egg scramble bowl that would be less of a cross contamination risk so if you do have to go, I’d order something like this or yogurt.
I will not be returning though. They did their best to accommodate and honestly, it’s not their fault. I do wish they had a separate prep space for us with celiac. But I’d avoid this establishment if you could.

My mom and I have eaten have been coming here for years. She’s celiac and I’m gluten intolerant, and we’ve never had any issues!

The gluten free crepes were really good but my Celiac daughter was extremely ill afterwards. There was definitely major contamination going on here because she is not usually so sensitive to contamination. I would recommend to avoid this restaurant as they don't take gluten contamination seriously.

I asked a server about food preparation and she basically said they were more careful when it wasn't busy. Against my better judgement still ate here.. Three times. I was safe the first two and def got sick the third time

They can make almost any crepe gluten free and have two different GF batters they offer! DELICIOUS!!!
Practically all the crepes can be made GF. I’ve had at least 8 different ones and they are SO GOOD. They even sell the gluten free crepe batter if you want to take it home. I’m not celiac, but very sensitive, and I haven’t had an issue with Betsy’s before. However, I highly doubt they have dedicated utensils and plates for gluten free. Everything is clean! They just don’t have plates/forks/knives for celiac/gluten free only. If you want to know which one is GF and what isn’t? They stick a flag (a toothpick with a foil top) in the crepe so you know it’s gluten free.
Very good food and nice surroundings. Have eaten there 3 times w no problems
Really enjoyed In-Da-Club g.f. savory crepe. Been celiac for 23+ years and know the routine. Staff helpful, many options to chose from. Will eat there again. Thanks, Betsy's!

Delicious! They do use separate pans and utensils as well. So yummy.

Because one of the main waitresses has Celiac disease, the staff is very knowledgeable. The menu is all gluten free ingredients except for obvious things like breads. They offer two gluten free crepe batters which are delightful. always worth the wait.
Amazing food an friendly service. Well worth the wait. Wish I lived closer

All the cook ware was changed and fresh, clean, non-contaminated utensils were used for my meal. The staff ate friendly and knowledgeable.
A good place for lunch or breakfast. Two options fit crepe batter. Does not offer a gluten free menu but has a very helpful staff.
Not celiac friendly. Although there is gluten free batter, the crepes are not made in separate pans. I did order the breakfast quinoa and fingers crossed that I will not get sick from cross contamination. So celiacs be cautious!
i love betsy's crepes
