I've dined there twice, and I will return. They have a good GF menu for starters, but they also have a well educated staff. It is refreshing not to get a blank stare when I say "gluten free..." The food is excellent, and they even make a "bread" out of GF pizza crust that is delicious! I no longer have to sit patiently, stomach growling, while everyone else at the table is eating.

This is my favorite G.F. friendly restaurant in the area. There is a good number of selections on the G.F. menu and everything I have tried (from appetizers to deserts), has been excellent.

I've eaten at Biaggi's several times. Outstanding food with plenty of choices. And the fact that they have a GF bread (of sorts-it's a flat bread) that is very tasty is a huge plus. It makes for a great dinner and movie option (the location I go to is right next to a large movie complex).

Good Bye O.G.!!! Biaggi's (Madison, WI) offers an extensive gluten free menu, wonderful presentation, and actually delicious. The special today...Marlin flown in from Hawaii this morning. Hubby gave three thumbs up. I recommend the chicken alfredo (brown rice pasta). We even had super tasty bread for dipping in olive oil ($1/plate of bread). Easily our new favorite restaurant!

I loved Biaggi's before I discovered I was allergic to wheat. And I was concerned it might not be the same without the pasta and bread... Boy was I wrong! They have an absolutely amazing parmesan crusted chicken salad and they even make gf bread! Delicious !

This restaurant had the most extensive gluten free menu I have seen since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease almost a year ago, and my meal tasted fabulous too! Other italian restaurants I have been too put their naturally gluten free items like grilled fish on their gluten free menu, so it was exciting to be able to enjoy warm bread dipped in olive oil, and gluten free pasta again, the true italian experience. My waiter didn't ask if I had Celiac Disease, but I didn't get sick, so I think they are trained to prevent cross contamination for all customers ordering off the gluten free menu. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning myself!

Awesome GF menu! The pasta is amazing, It tastes just as good as regular pasta, and the GF bread is delicious!! They started charging a dollar for it, but totally worth it. The dinner portion sizes are huge! I got three meals out of my pasta dish, so a very good deal for the price. The staff is very accommodating & knowledgeable about GF needs. I will definitely be coming here often!

It was a shock to find that Biaggis has changed their service to those with celiac. They charge for their gluten free bread that used to automatically accompany the entrees. And some of the options have disappeared. It looks like they are withdrawing their support of those with gluten intolerance or allergy.

WARNING: just learned that Biaggi's is now going to be charging for their gluten free side bread. They also changed their gluten free menu and got rid of their tube noodles and a few dishes and now just have a really bland spinach noodles (that was undercooked for us and had to be returned) that now only comes with a seafood, marinara, or Alfredo sauce. Contact and email corporate to make sure these changes are temporary! Unfair they want to now charge extra for those with allergies that want to dine there. If they wanted to make changes it should be to expand and better their gluten free menu, not scale it down and condense it. Luckily they still have other entrees that remain unchanged.

My all-time favorite! This is always my choice for any dinner or celebration. LOVE all the options and the gluten-free pasta is AMAZING! They can be pricey, so I try to save it for special occasions. Oh yeah, and their Baked Cappuccino dessert (cappuccino mousse, flourless chocolate cake and whipped cream) is to die for - and I don't like coffee or coffee-flavored things. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this restaurant!

Wonderful dinning experience durning a long road trip! With celiac disease I just cannot exit an interstate and eat anywhere. During a long road trip my wife learned Biaggi's and we decided to give it a try. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The food was fantastic and so was the fresh bread! If I am very in a city that has this restaurant I am going without thinking twice.

They are very good and have an exceptional wait staff. On one visit they did accidentally give me normal pasta, I asked because it looked too good. The manager quickly grabbed it away from me and made a new one. He also informed me the gluten free pasta will always be green so its easily recognized as GF.

LOVE this place! Call ahead and let them know you're coming, and freshly cooked gf bread will be waiting for you. I could survive off their gf bread (which is also the pizza crust) alone for the rest of my life. Their selection is amazing - I love their pork chops and garlic mashed potatoes. Mmmm! The staff is very knowledgeable and VERY friendly. I've never gotten sick, and neither has my husband. This gem is in the Gateway Mall (practically), RIGHT next to a TRAX station, and super tasty! Yes, it's a little pricy (it's a nicer restaurant!), but it's worth more than they charge for sure. LOVE this place! They have two customers for life!

The food was excellent. The staff is very acomidating and knew the menu very well they provided great service. They were able to offer suggestions on what can be converted to gluten free from the regular menu also. As others have stated the gluten free bread was good. I will eat here again and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good meal and good service.

The last time I was at Biaggi's the food was amazing. I was able to order off the Special's menu. I ordered a salmon fillet with a rosemary crust. It came with some buttered baby fingerling potatoes I think asparagus came with it too. It was amazing and gluten free!! We also had an appetizer of mussels in a champaign marinara. I love the gluten free bread too! I never feel like I have to compromise when I go there. There is always something I want and can have.

AH-mazing! Biaggi's has the largest GF menu I have ever seen. It was actually hard to decide what to order. They brought out GF bread before the meal. It was FABULOUS! I even got to talk to the chef afterwards to thank him. I will eat here EVERY time we visit Cedar Rapids. Best GF restaurant I have been to so far!
