Great options here. Hearty food that's not just salad. Unfortunately I can't comment on cluten allergy response as my most sensitive gluten people weren't with me, but when there's a big window decal that says the whole place is GF... that's a good sign.

I had an amazing experience here while visiting the area for a work trip. Knowing that everything in the restaurant is gluten free is incredible. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the price was low. I wish we had one of these in my hometown!

BIBIBOP Asian Grill is all about well-being and that focus includes providing guests with a healthy, delicious, and safe menu. In 2018, BIBIBOP set a goal to become a 100% Gluten-Free restaurant and on March 29, 2021 we announced that BIBIBOP has been certified as a Gluten-Free Safe Space.
As part of our effort to become 100% Gluten-Free, BIBIBOP worked with the Gluten Intolerance Group to earn their Gluten Free Food Service certification as a Validated Gluten-Free Safe Spot.
“At the Gluten Intolerance Group, our mission is to make life easier for everyone living gluten-free, which is why we are thrilled to welcome BIBIBOP as a Validated Gluten-Free Safe Spot,” said GFFS Program Manager Lindsey Yeakle. “The gluten-free community has many challenges when dining away from home, but with Safe Spots, like BIBIBOP, offering balanced and healthy Asian cuisine, gluten-free consumers can dine out with confidence.”
According to GFFS research, 98% of gluten-free diners surveyed felt safer eating at a Validated Gluten-Free Safe Spot. If you, or someone you know is gluten-sensitive, or even just focused on eating better, you can feel safe, knowing that our menu is now 100% Gluten-Free and knowing that BIBIBOP is all about your well-being.

This is near my office in Overland Park, and I’ve been several times. The entire restaurant is gluten free. You can start with several base salads or bowls and customize, or you can start from scratch and pick and choose. I’ve found the flavors to be excellent, and you can accommodate dairy, gluten, and other allergies, and they have options for keto, paleo, and vegan diets. Plus, they have multiple desserts that are gluten free.
I’ve always found the staff to be knowledgeable, and the one trainee that took my order immediately double checked, when I had a question about a possible allergen.
Definitely a Korean flair, which is mostly gluten and dairy free to start with. Don’t miss out on the miso soup, like I did the first visit or two. It’s located behind the drink station, and you can have a cup with any order.

You pick the already-cooked ingredients and a sauce, and they put it together for you in a to-go box. They do have seating to dine inside or on patio. Window sign says 100% gluten free. Beverages include soft drinks as well as various in-house lemonade and cold tea blends. mine was bland but will definitely go again and try a different sauce to spice it up.

Set up like chipotle, but mostly Korean staples as selectable ingredients. Great kimchi as a side! The beef is awesome. Good value for the price. I’ve eaten here several times with no reaction. Definitely coming back!!

Almost all of the items are gluten free except the chicken and three of the sauces. I had a bowl with noodles, steak, and lots of veggies. I used my NIMA tested and it came back fine. I would definitely go back. I did want to add that one of the workers said the chicken was gluten free when I asked what was gf but the menu and online nutrition info say it is not gf. I told him that and he insisted it was now gf. I would not get it without calling corporate to double check though.
