Review of BIBIBOP Asian Grill

This is near my office in Overland Park, and I’ve been several times. The entire restaurant is gluten free. You can start with several base salads or bowls and customize, or you can start from scratch and pick and choose. I’ve found the flavors to be excellent, and you can accommodate dairy, gluten, and other allergies, and they have options for keto, paleo, and vegan diets. Plus, they have multiple desserts that are gluten free. I’ve always found the staff to be knowledgeable, and the one trainee that took my order immediately double checked, when I had a question about a possible allergen.

Definitely a Korean flair, which is mostly gluten and dairy free to start with. Don’t miss out on the miso soup, like I did the first visit or two. It’s located behind the drink station, and you can have a cup with any order.
