Our server was knowledgeable about celiac and informed us the wings (labeled GF) have a shared fryer. The meat was awesome!

This is literally my favorite place to go! I have celiac and the staff and menu is wonderful!! I have eaten here many times and always have a wonderful experience.. never get sick!!

This place is amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The menu does have items marked GF. I’ve eaten here many times with no issues. The meat is so good!!

The ribs were good but not great. Big issue is that the “wood smoked” wings were supposed to be GF, per their website. I asked the server when they brought the to-go order to the car and she let me know that they were frying the wings in a shared fryer. Thankfully I asked or I would be sick for at least a couple of days. Ask in advance if you go!!

All their meats are kept totally separate and nothing with gluten touches the meats. I’m sensitive to CC and felt great after my meal. Only one sauce they had was not GF, but the other two sauces were. Delicious!!

I had the brisket with county 19 bbq sauce and potato salad. It was very good. I didn't have any issues. I was told all the meat was gf and no gluten touches the grill. Most of the sauces are gf however one or two are not so double check.

We are a family of Celiacs. We ordered Baby Back Ribs and Pulled Pork and it was very good. We’ve been told none of the meat touches any gluten. All the sauces are gluten-free EXCEPT the CROW SWEET EXTRA.

Most everything and two sauces are gluten free. Several gf sides. Order by the pound so it was reasonably priced for 4 of us. Two options for gf dessert. Yum! We will be back

While they don’t have a dedicated frier, the staff immediately answered questions. One of the managers told us what to enjoy safely and what to not order. He personally ensured the kitchen staff knew we had Celiac. Their buns are bought from a gluten free bakery and they never touch the grill or other items with gluten. Our order was clearly labeled gluten free.

Their meats are amazing and have plenty of GF sides.

Absolutely the best gf bun and hoagie I have ever eaten. Excellent brisket and desserts.

All meats and rub is gluten free, just one sauce isn't. Lots of choices indicated on the menu including buns and two desserts from Clover Meadow Bakery. Delicious!
