While they don’t have a dedicated frier, the staff immediately answered questions. One of the managers told us what to enjoy safely and what to not order. He personally ensured the kitchen staff knew we had Celiac. Their buns are bought from a gluten free bakery and they never touch the grill or other items with gluten. Our order was clearly labeled gluten free.
Their meats are amazing and have plenty of GF sides.
