I think bills is the best pizza place in my area the gf crust is so thick and not thin and little. They take good care of the allergy and make sure there is no cross contamination. The manager prepared it for me to be extra cautious.

100% NOT safe for celiac. Gluten free dough is brought in from outside but pizzas are prepared in same prep area using same ingredients as non-gluten free pizzas. Same sauce and cheese is used, cross-contamination is an absolute certainty. Restaurant management was very nice and willing to show me the kitchen and prep space. High makes for willingness to speak about prep, but this restaurant absolutely not safe for celiac.

Not celiac friendly. Not knowledgable at all. I ordered a gluten free pizza with eggplant and it came breaded and I had to call and go through multiple people before I got an answer which was that, of course, it wasn’t gluten free. Why would you put wheat breaded eggplant on a gluten free pizza?! How does that make sense!? This is the second time they have burned me. Never again.

Great GF pizza. Cooked on it's own tray, separate utensils used. Staff very knowledgeable.
They do offer a gluten free pizza crust, though it's more expensive than the traditional crust. I prefer mine with feta and olives.
Very good pizza but they use the same oven
