I was excited to try this place given prior reviews. I was told everything was gluten free or could be made gluten free on the menu except barbacoa taco a d egg roll appetizer. I ordered pork ramen and a Nashville chicken taco. I had symptoms within 30 minutes of eating and left super sick. The food was absolutely delicious though!!

The food was excellent and I was very pleased that almost everything is gluten free! It was awesome to find a place that has a gf option for ramen which I never get to have. The tacos were also tasty and they have some nice cocktails. I will be back a lot!

Separate frier for wheat egg rolls- but everything else is gf or can be made gf w rice noodles! Gf fried chicken and gf ramen and gf tempura!!

I LOVE this place. I’m from Boulder and I go here every time I visit my family. The tacos are naturally GF and the ramen can be made GF with rice noodles. The staff is very knowledgeable and I’ve never been glutened. Menu highlights: the queso guac combo, the shrimp tacos and the ramen (warning very spicy!!) highly recommend

Awesome and delicious food, everyone there is very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Almost everything on the menu is either naturally gluten free or can be modified to be gluten free (including ramen and fried chicken!). One word of caution: we were told that they toast children’s hot dog buns on the same flattop as the corn tortillas. But they can offer lettuce wraps as an alternative if that makes you uncomfortable. Also, while their chips are gluten free, they don’t make them in house so can’t 100% guarantee no cross contamination in the manufacturing process.

I love this place! Very knowledgeable about gluten free items. The hot chicken tacos were amazing!! Deep fried gf chicken...sooo delicious

Tons of gluten free options. Food is absolutely fantastic. Great cocktails. Staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. Most of the menu is naturally gluten free.

This restaurant is both stunning in atmosphere and food presentation. It is also delicious! The ramen can be made gluten free using rice noodles and most of the tacos are gluten free including the Nashville hot! You might think that tacos and ramen do not mix but at the Birdhouse, they dance together for a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend it.
