Awesome and delicious food, everyone there is very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Almost everything on the menu is either naturally gluten free or can be modified to be gluten free (including ramen and fried chicken!). One word of caution: we were told that they toast children’s hot dog buns on the same flattop as the corn tortillas. But they can offer lettuce wraps as an alternative if that makes you uncomfortable. Also, while their chips are gluten free, they don’t make them in house so can’t 100% guarantee no cross contamination in the manufacturing process.
