The person working the counter, whom appeared to be the owner, made slightly snide commentary about not understanding these gluten free people but “they seem to like it”. I ordered a gluten free breakfast sandwich which tasted good but I was sick shortly after. I realized it’s because they only had one toaster, so it would have been contaminated in there. There are plenty of options for smoothies and non bread items that would likely be prepared without contamination. You can see everything they do behind the counter too, so if you’re going here be clear on what you need.

Absolutely spectacular food!! They have gluten free bread for breakfast sandwiches or you can get it without bread. Have been eating here for a while without any issue. Pre pandemic, I heard something about gluten free pastries as well, but I don’t know the current status of those with the supply chain issues. Nevertheless, fantastic place with a great team (the owner is a great leader for that team)!!
