Birroteca Bel Air

Delicious gluten free flatbread pizza! Best ever. Wait staff was trained.

I have eaten at Birroteca on a couple of occasions. Both times I had the Duck Duck Goose GF pizza. I enjoyed the crust as it is not the typical GF crust base that many places use and the toppings were a great combo, balanced and something different.

They had cider on the menu which is nice to have a GF beverage option.

Will continue to return to Birroteca.

Had the gluten free pizza crust. Willing to bet the oven is contaminated. Also ordered vanilla ice cream for dessert and it came with a cookie in it. Wait staff had been advised of Celiac Disease. Got very sick almost immediately after dinner. Sickest I've gotten after eating out since I have had Celiac.

Hands down best food and most accommodating restaurant in Bel Air. A lot of options, nicer dining, very reasonable prices.
