Chef Alex actually sat with me and planned out a dinner. I hate being the food allergy person. It is a lot more than wheat/gluten and I do not feel safe eating out. I’m terrified of having a reaction in public and I feel like such an inconvenience when all I can typically eat when out is a salad. They have a designated gluten free fryer and I ate French fries. I almost cried because I’ve been strict wheat/gluten free for 4 months and fresh cut fries is my favorite comfort food. The bison steak had great flavor (grassy fat). The menu is marked for GF. I really appreciate the effort.
