Absolutely amazing high quality sushi. The chefs are extremely talented and knowledgeable about gluten/wheat allergies as well as going out their way to change menu items on the spot for other allergies. In fact they only use gluten free Tamari in place of soy sauce and fresh wasabi minus the gluten which to anyone who suffers with it knows that 99% of commercial wasabi has wheat in it. Even the wait staff understands food allergies and is very accommodating to their guests. Definitely the place to go in New Orleans if you have a gluten intolerance, allergy or if you have celiac.
