Vegan options at this place are the worst food I’ve ever been served in Portland. Fries taste like they are frozen. Dedicated gluten free space but this spots not for me.

I've visited twice now, once on a Saturday evening a few months ago, and on a Sunday evening a few weeks ago and I'm baffled. The food is good and completely gf, which is great! But the service is bizarre, they are way under staffed, and on my last visit they were out of 3/4 of the items on the menu but you didn't know until you made it to the front of the line at the bar to order. Could be great if they were staffed appropriately and had a visible list of what they're out of when you come in?

I am obsessed with this place! Fried chicken sandwich and it’s so good. My bf (who is not gf) loved his burger and couldn’t tell it was a gf bun. Drinks are good as well.

Great peach salad with real lettuce (not head lettuce). Delicious roasted carrots on a bed of hummus. Dirty fries were good but way too many fries and not enough gravy. Wish the gravy and beef were not mixed. That being said, it was nice to have gravy on fries at all since that is never even possible usually as a celiac!

Amazing staff. A nice restaurant 100% gluten free, y’all. And I don’t feel like I’m dining in a gluten free establishment. I get to just feel normal. And the buns are to die for!!!

I’ve been missing bar food and Bit House fulfilled my need for a fried chicken sandwich and fries! Felt great afterward and recommend for those bar food cravings.

Entire Saloon only caters to those 21 and older. That should be posted on here. Took my 18 year old son there for dinner after a long day trip only to have to leave and find somewhere else.

Totally GF kitchen. So nice to be able to order anything off the menu. Fried chicken sandwich and burger are great. The only think I’ve had that i didn’t love was the soft pretzels but they also weren’t bad.

Fried Chicken sandwich was DELISH! Fries and aioli were also top notch. Garden salad was flavorful and bright with kumquats, a surprisingly nice addition.

The entire menu is gluten free. No gluten is allowed in the kitchen. The burger and chicken sandwich were both excellent. The fries are some of the best I've tasted. This is my new favorite spot.

Amazing food and great atmosphere!! I had a fried chicken sandwich with garlic fries and it was heaven. Also it is corn free (and dairy free I believe) which is a plus for me. They have a full bar too which is great as well. Definitely recommend!

The owner has celiac and invested in all new kitchen equipment. The staff were well trained, and knew the tiny details like cross contamination from the bar glasses

So this places has amazing food. But the way to order and to pay for your food really strange. But I got a burger and fries. They were both amazing and great prices. The place is also beautiful. Be aware that this is a bar though and no Minors are aloud in.

The entire restaurant is gluten free and a celiac’s dream :) the best French fries, fried calamari, burgers, etc. Also nice atmosphere and great service. The cocktails are also incredible
