Ordered a burger from here through delivery. Didn’t have any issues. They have a separate gluten free menu that specifies which items are gluten free and how to order safely.

If you are a celiac, do not eat here. The women at the front said they would be able to accommodate my gluten needs (including me specifically asking about an allergy kitchen). Then my server said “our kitchen is too small, you’re going to get cross contamination” but since I was with friends I decided to take the gamble… and immediately got sick! So avoid this place if you’re a celiac!!

Worse than not offering anything, their GF menu contradicted their kitchen practices and ingredients at the location in Westwood. Plus, the more inquiries made, the more confused the staff got. I opted for meat and lettuce on a plate and it was delicious, but seriously. Take everything in the chain's menu with a grain of gluten unless you find a manager who's really on top of it.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but…My daughter has celiacs so eating out is a struggle, especially on the road. We picked BJ's bc they have gf buns. But they went above and beyond for my daughter. Our server Deja HANDCUT her French fries and then oven cooked them so there was no cross contamination with the fryers and had their manager cook her onions and mushrooms bc the kitchen was busy and she wanted to make sure it was right. I couldn't have asked for a better server or food for her!

I love their burgers/sandwiches. The server did warn me that the fries are cooked in a shared fryer, but it didn’t make me sick. So I guess they must change their oil out frequently or something.

I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.
