Wonderful burger and Stella Cider! Make sure to tell the staff you are celiac. Extremely carefully separated cooking on items. Fries were cooked insane fryer as non GF items so I would avoid those. Will be back!

Horrible service. They were not busy with half of tables open. 15 minutes after being seated we had not been offered drinks and our order had not been taken. The only thing gluten free is their buns as everything is fried in same fryer! Spend your money elsewhere as there are some great gluten-free places in Springfield.

The veggie burger on the GF bun is very tasty. There’s only one veggie burger that GF and you can only get it some of the locations, so make sure to pay attention to that. Super bummer that their fries and condiments aren’t GF. Would choose to eat somewhere with more options on my own, but it’s a good suggestion when eating with non-GF people.

Terrible experience. They came out with a burnt patty and piece of lettuce. Then tried to charge me $12 for it. No thanks.

None of the other sauces are gluten free - what is the point of a fancy burger with none of the sauce that makes it special on it?!?

Super disappointed

The burger with the gluten-free bun was great. All of the fries are cooked in the same oil that other breaded items are fried in, so the main negative I have is that you are significantly limited on side items. This is sad, because the fries looked amazing and I had hoped they would be safe. The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked questions about the food prep.

Update: I hate to do it, but I am going to take my rating down a star. Nothing at the restaurant has changed, but I think that is the problem. It is really boring to get the same few burgers with a gluten free bun, but still not have other side options. No fries, no shakes, only a $10 salad. The burger is great, but from now on if I want a gluten free burger I am going to go somewhere that offers more for me. This just isn't cutting it anymore.

Fries are breaded so definitely not GF (staff did inform me when I asked). Burgers are delicious (I did a lettuce wrap) but it would be nice to have a GF side option.

I had the bleusbrothers burger wrapped in lettuce. I substituted raw onions for grilled. I was hard pressed not to order a second burger it was SO good. They do not have a dedicated fryer so fries were not available g-free. We are here for a conference and I am likely to go back for dinner again tonight. SO SO good!

Cool place, good food and they do offer a gluten-free bun. The only negative is none of the sides are gluten-free. I would go back though. Staff was super nice and very knowledgeable about gluten-free.

Ate here for the first time last week. They changed out their whole line to ensure that I was not cross contaminated. Burger with gf bun was awesome. I was bummed about the fries, as they looked amazing. Wish they would get a designated fryer. Was not sick at all... highly recommend.

The best burger I have ever had! Amazing bun! The shake was so delicious! The one negative is the fries are not gluten free. But I didn't miss them because the burger and shake were so good!
