This was close to the tenement museum and was a great find for lunch. Looks like a great cozy place for dinner. Extensive cocktail and beer and wine list. Local centered food. Small intimate but table service, causal vibe. Would be great late night bar too. Some of best food I had in New York in terms of taste and quality for price.

This is a local food driven restaurant that is happy to accommodate GF as much as possible. We found them on Legal Nomad's GF blog list and they did not steer us wrong. It was our best meal on our resent trip to NYC and worth the walk from the subway. The owner even sat down to talk with us about the local food movement we have going out here in MO. Planned on going back before leaving, but schedule did not get us there. If your in NYC go! It's worth the treck!
