Server knew what cealiac was and knew which items had cross contamination (and directed me away from those). They served gluten free bread (I think it was Canyon bakehouse, 7 grain?) as a substitution for Appetizers that had bread in them. Also made the Blackbelly burger with a gluten free bun. Potatoes and fries have cross contamination so got the mushrooms instead. The $21 burger was $27 with the gf bun and mushroom substitution. They have a gf dessert which is like a Ferrero Rocher on steroids with a gf brownie. The best GF dessert I’ve had at a restaurant!!
