The menu marks certain items "GF" but when I spoke with a server, she said there was no separate prep space or precautions taken to prevent cross contamination. She specifically mentioned the fryer, where everything, include GF items are fried. I appreciated her honesty, but let her know that there menu should be more descriptive, since "gluten free" usually makes people think they might be able to eat safely.
