Blackwood BBQ

It’s quick and super tasty. I snagged chopped beef and some Chicago sauce with slaw and pickles. They also have Brussel sprouts, elotes, and beans.

The legit best BBQ in Chicago I’ve found yet! That brisket is amazing! Staff was knowledgeable about GF options and gave samples. All sauces are gf except for the “Chicago” sauce, which has beer in it. Cannot wait to eat there again and see about the sides. Got so distracted by the good bbq I forgot about sides! :)

Was told everything is gluten free except the Chicago BBQ sauce, cornbread, and cornbread croutons. I order a pulled pork salad with all other toppings and the North Carolina vinegar sauce- one of my favorite salads and lunch spots! Have never had a reaction after eating here either.
