Their sign says that they have a gluten free tortilla, but they don't have gluten free options.

Manager was very knowledgeable and made sure our order was cooked on the clean grill. It was actually really fresh and delicious and I felt safe to eat my dinner and enjoy it with a nice margarita! No reaction!

Bowl is my preference as safest option. Very tasty & appreciate having this good option at the airport.

Ate here for breakfast and they have a gluten free tortilla option with their breakfast burritos. The server seemed knowledgeable and alerted me that the side of potatoes was not safe, but offered to switch it out for fruit instead.
Visited the Tacos + Tequila in the airport. Helpful waitress stated that corn tortillas are cooked on same surface as flour tortillas and would only recommend a burrito bowl as a safe option. Stated that all meat options were safe; I chose the pork. Nima tested pork and components and no gluten was found. Very yummy!

Ate breakfast at the location near gate A4. Cashier was knowledgeable about GF and suggested they could make any of their breakfast burritos in a bowl with corn tortillas on the side. The potatoes are not safe (floured). My meal was mediocre (the corn tortillas were dry and not fresh) but I didn’t get sick
