I can’t say enough good things about this place. I am treated so well every time I go and the people working are always more than willing to meet my needs. They change gloves before preparing the pizza, they have the dough (THAT IS FRESH AND NOT A PREMADE CRUST) in a separate container in a separate fridge, they don’t make the pizza on the same surface and using different spoons/utensils, they put a mat under the pizza before putting it the oven and away from the other pizzas so it does not touch anything. Once it comes out the oven it’s cut on the mat with a designated pizza cuter. I have never once been sick from this place except maybe when I shove the pizza down my throat in 5 minutes. The people are also so friendly and don’t make you feel like a burden for having restrictions which something I feel from so other places. Of course cross contamination is a worry everywhere but they so everything in their power to ensure it’s safe to eat. Lastly, usually it’s an assembly line set up like chipotle where they pass the pizza down to a different person but if you have an allergy one person works with you from start to finish so they are mistakes made in a transfer.

1. Not safe for celiacs at all 2. Was told gluten never touches the toppings so it would be safe. Then I watch another worker pull & shape raw dough, and then go to put toppings on a different pizza without changing gloves. 3. Flour all over the counter. 4. If I wanted a GF pizza I could’ve spent $14 for crust and sauce. 5. Place is dirty and disgusting. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Garbage over flowing. We had to clean off the tables and chairs so my non celiac family could eat what they ordered.

If you tell them you have an allergy they go the extra mile. I always eat there and never had a problem
REVISED REVIEW:
Blaze has totally changed their approach to GF. They make GF crust from- separate from the regular. They have a dedicated press, and dedicated GF sauce, and cutters. I recommend visiting when they are not super busy- they will take the time to go slowly and be careful of x-contam. It's not perfect- there is flour present, but for a non-dedicated facility, they do a very good job. Food is fresh and good/very good (very good for a chain).

Pizza is ok, nice to see the staff knowledgeable about Allergies!
They were very nice, but I would not recommend this place for anyone with Celiac Disease. They will change their gloves when prepping, but they don't change them on the other end of the line when they take the pizza off the GF tray and onto your plate. They also use the same knife as they used on Every Other Pizza. I went without my Celiac daughter to check the place out and I will not be back.
No
Just vomited for over a hour from cross contamination, they need a separate oven and to use new metal pans when they're serving the crust! Please fix this and get yourself GIG certified we could use a great pizza place!

Food is good. But service is HORRIBLE
Yes
They have gotten much better at handling gluten free. They have one press for gluten free (however they always press it on its own paper and they clean the top of the press) and they have separate sauce for gluten free. Then they will pick up your pizza and cut it with special red utensils for only gluten free. And the pizza is delicious
They were very careful for us and my daughters are super sensitive. No problems and some of our absolute favor pizza! I add the vegetarian with sausage (I know...funny, right) and it was soooo good!!
Yes
They were very gluten-aware, and we're very accommodating! I had no reactions and will definitely return again.
Yes
They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
