They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

Terrible and so disappointed! They knew nothing about cross contamination. The guy taking my order thought it just meant I needed vegan cheese (what!?). They knew to change gloves but then tried to use the same ingredients they stick their dirty gluten gloves in. Do not go here. They basically told me nothing could be made safely and clearly didn’t have proper training.

Fantastic! This establishment is very aware of celiac disease needs and takes all precautions necessary. If you like thin crust pizza, coal fired this is the place!!

My favorite pizza place! They never hesitate to accommodate your gluten free needs. I have severe Celiac disease and I’ve never had a reaction.

Thin gf pizza cooked on tray so it does not share the same surface as regular pizza. They will change clothes and use clean sauce on request

I really like their GF Pizza. Very thin and crisp. If you top with watery ingredients, like tomato slices, the crust will be soggy. They also have charred brussel sprouts for topping. They will each do a glove change for each pie as it works down the line. Also, they will get a clean “red handled” cutter (indicates GF) to slice your pie. All you have to do is ask.
I got sick every time I eat here. I have eaten at the Boca location and here and both times got sick. The risk of cross contamination is really high.. I’ve watched them be careful. But then again, it’s raw dough. It is everywhere. Be careful eating at any Blaze Location.
No
Awful gluten free pizza, tastes like cardboard. They use the same pizza cutter for regular pizzas on gluten pizzas. I was sick for days. Ate here once, never again.
Excellent GF crust. The best I've ever had. Loved it. Fast, fresh, and friendly service.
Build your own GF pizza was excellent cooked in a fire oven very quick
I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
