Use the same press for regular and GF dough. Not celiac safe at all

If you "create your own pizza," you can get an 11" with two different types of GF crust. One is Vegan and one is Keto. I tried the Keto, it was pretty good ... but rather expensive at an extra $4.50.

Never gotten sick here. When you do gluten free crust specify it’s an allergy. They do a glove change, separate sauce even new toppings depending on who you ask

All of the other Blaze Pizza use a separate press for gf dough... Not this location, they press non gf with gf. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC. Not to mention the guy at the oven was gloveless and I watched him stick his finger in a pizza 🤢.

Not celiac's friendly large potential for cross contamination.

GF Pizza is delicious, and the concept of this chain is fresh, but be aware of a few risks of potential cross contamination. The plates to press the dough, little metal order numbers that travel with your pizza and may also touch your uncooked dough (reused and probably not washed), the pizza cutter used to cut all pizzas, and the gloves in case not changed. Nice to see the separate GF sauce and dedicated ladle, but beware of other risks if intolerant.
very good thin crust with your choice of many toppings, including sauces. Line moves fast. They change gloves when they make your pizza. Oven time for each pizza just 3 min!
We've eaten here a number of times and have never had a problem. There is a possibility of contamination because they do share equipment, but they do clean the lower plate of the press before making GF crust. They normally have one person walk my pizza the entire way with fresh gloves. The pizza is made on a special liner so it doesn't touch shared surfaces. There is also a special bin for GF pizza sauce that is not contaminated. Three of us are GF in our family, my daughter will throw up if ingested gluten, we've not had any problems. Communication is key and don't be afraid to speak into any concerns you have.
I used to eat here all the time until I realized they use the same machine to press the GF dough with as they do with the regular dough.
I'm not super impressed with Blaze. I've had much better crust many other places. I love the number of topping options. If you are familiar with Pieology, this place may disappoint.
I really love their pizza, but I got slightly sick last time I ate there. Might have been cross contamination. Really disappointed because their pizza is one of the better think crusts I've had.

They ask if it is an allergy or preference. They change their gloves for allergy. They have GF crust, dedicated sauce containers separate from the other toppings. They have a red handled (the others are black and vegan is green) pizza cutter.
Yes
I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
