Review of Blaze Pizza

GF Pizza is delicious, and the concept of this chain is fresh, but be aware of a few risks of potential cross contamination. The plates to press the dough, little metal order numbers that travel with your pizza and may also touch your uncooked dough (reused and probably not washed), the pizza cutter used to cut all pizzas, and the gloves in case not changed. Nice to see the separate GF sauce and dedicated ladle, but beware of other risks if intolerant.
